Delivery Policy

Please be advised that due to the unforeseen circumstances of the delivery services, if you face any issues, you can contact us on live chat or by phone, and we will be happy to assist you further.

All goods that are shipped are insured for any damage or loss.

Once the order is placed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from us.

A tracking code for your order is also provided for you to keep track of your order and its current location.

You can also contact the delivery service provider themselves if your order faces a lot of delays.

Please note that your address is accurate as it cannot be changed once the order is placed and shipped.

We try to dispatch all orders on a day-to-day basis if made before 2:00 pm starting from Monday to Friday, depending upon the availability of the stock.

All orders made after 3:00 pm will be posted on the next working day. (Excluding weekends)

As per the UK deliveries, a second-class delivery is received after 2 to 4 working days. First-class delivery will take a sum of 1 to 2 working days. Special delivery will be received the next working day if the order is placed after 2:00 pm.

Any Shipments above 2kg are charged on top.

If delivery is anywhere in Europe or across the international borders of the United Kingdom, Airmail and Express Courier Delivery can be used. The estimated delivery time can vary from 7 to 10 days for Airmail and 3 to 7 days for Express Courier Delivery.

For international shipments, time spent in customs is not included in the estimated delivery time. Therefore, the estimated shipment can be delayed if any thorough inspection is done.

The import fees are subjected to the customer and will be borne By the customer himself. Our company cannot be held liable to pay any import fees of your own country.

The products sold on our website are legal only in the United Kingdom, and if you are from another country and importing our products, you certify that it is legal to import our products in your country. However, you take all legal responsibility for the ordered goods being shipped to you, and you cannot hold us accountable for the laws and regulations of your own country where the goods are shipped under your ownership.

If your order is lost during the shipment procedure and you never received it, we will send you a replacement once the courier company declares your order lost in their specified time frame.

If your goods are damaged, we will provide a replacement for the damaged goods.

If you return our goods due to incorrect or incomplete information placed on our website, we may refund the products price; however, you will be liable to pay a redelivery cost and a 20% administration cost added.

All orders are shipped with insurance and the proper postal address as per mentioned by you. If you do not receive your order timely immediately contact us so we can further find out the reason for the delay of your parcel. If we locate any delay in deliveries, we will inform you immediately.

You have all rights to cancel the order until you receive confirmation of your order being dispatched.
